Frequently asked questions

What is the Truth Engine?

The Truth Engine connects an external task source (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or CSV) to a Pocket PMO project and shows where that source no longer matches the local project record.

Does the Truth Engine replace Jira or Asana?

No. Pocket PMO stays a planning and forecasting layer. The Truth Engine reads the external tool so you can see drift; it does not replace the task manager your team already uses.

What does drift mean?

Drift is a difference between an item in the connected tool and the same item in Pocket PMO. The Truth Engine lists those items so status is based on a comparison, not a recollection.
